Trusted Publishers

after reading an article on browser security, i went to the tools\content\trusted publisher section and deleted 2 of the 3 listed there: BTV Industries CSV and Varadox Communication Corp (the entry that i did not delete was Microsoft). this was after searching the net for these 2 companies and finding no info on them. a few days later, i checked in that section again and found that they had reappeared. does anybody know who these 2 companies are and what they do...should i delete them again?
