Toshiba Satelite windows 7

after I restore my toshiba to factory default, it display toshiba with continues configuring system that have lasted for more than 5hrs yet not changes. I tried restarting my laptop for several times.

Tell more such as why you did this and also when you last used the canned air on the vents.

the laptop was affected by virus and I never use the canned air on the vent
