I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue.
If you haven't already, register your unit here:
Doing so may qualify you for an additional 3 months of warranty. After you've done that, call 800-SAMSUNG and request a service call. Be sure to mention that you registered online and would like to use the additional 3 months afforded by the website.
If that doesn't help, ask for a transaction number and post it here.
Our Samsung Plasma has just developed a thin approx 1mm black line 20cm in from the LH side. The line just appeared and does not appear to be affected by running the screen burn scrolling bars. Samsung customer services could offer me no advice and said that as my warranty ran out 20 Days ago they cannot help me. Any advice would be appreciated, also if anyone has an email address for Samsung customer services it would be welcome it seems that Samsung does not want customers to contact them.
