When I try to take video with this camera, I get the message "slow access." How can I resolve this?

From memory

My memory recalls this to be a slow SD Card. Try a new, empty, formatted in the camera Class 6 card. If you have a Class 10 or better, try that but format it in the camera.

Thank you for responding. I'm afraid I don't know what a class 10 card is. I've never heard them referred to by class. I only know them by size, ie, 1 GB, or 14 GB. Can you clarify?

How very interesting! I did not even know about SD cad speed. I looked at the cards I have and found "4" on most of them. Two didn't have a speed value that I could see. I put a 16GB Kodak brand card into the GE camera and took video with no problem, so I'll know to use a card with at least that number of gigs in this camera.

Thank you for solving this problem for me.
