Question

Switching from Adobe Photoshop Trying to key tags

by rgotte1 / December 9, 2012 1:57 PM PST

I am ready to switch from Adobe photoshop elements. The problems is that I have about 8 years of pictures catalogued nicely, is there way to extract that information to another program? Do I need to choose a specific program that can read adobe backup?

Thank you

Only the maker of your new software can answer. Such catalogs are often proprietary but I'll share my catalog is dead simple. Too simple for some but I have a folder of pictures with a year for each. Inside the year I have it by season or month and sometimes a folder there on a special event.

This has worked for me for over a decade and has never been an issue with any software title.
