We need to know what service you're using for email. I.e. Gmail, Yahoo, Comcast, AT&T, AOL, etc. and what you're using to view your email. I.e. Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird, Internet Explorer, etc.

Yahoo Mail has a spam filter

You can turn on the Yahoo spam filter. If you haven't done so, you should. You can also create filters if the spam filter isn't sufficient. You can also right-click an email and mark it as spam. In fact when you right-click any email in your inbox, you get a menu with a list of things you can do including set up a filter for this kind of email.

Good luck.
