Smart tv problem

by Mickeymost1 / May 26, 2013 4:42 AM PDT

Hi, my 40 inch E8000 series smart tv which is 6 months old keeps switching on and off by itself when I am watching it. What could be wrong and has anyone else got or had this problem it happens everyday.

Thanks

The question "what could be wrong" is a question to solve by the tech that comes visiting you when you call Samsung and ask for a warranty repair.

Have the same problem with Samsung.first I bought a samsung tv for $6000. A little over a year I started having problems.they said they couldn't fix it because they discontinued the tv so thy replaced it with a cheap $2000 tv.had problems from day 1 with it called every day for a moth straight finally a repairman came out and changed computer boards in it and still have the same problem.now this tv was broken right out of the box,not only did they screwed me out of $4000 but they replaced my tv with a piece of ****.this is the irst and last time I buy a samsung products,Samsung is nothin but trash.i go to bestbut and Walmart almost every day and I'm going to tell everyone how much trash Samsung is.

I completely agree with you scottyrouse, I have had so many communication with them at customer services, all phone calls they say are recorded but when I have asked them to check my phone calls made to them 1 hour later to clarify what was said, they admitted to me that phone calls are not recorded and they could not find my phone calls. Please everyone avoid samsung problems.
