I chatted w/a Samsung tech support rep this morning and he said that a Smart Hub update is scheduled for 12/20. On 12/20, power on your TV and open the Smart Hub. The update should start automatically.
Just bought a Samsung 60" es7100. Have problems with Smart Hub. Two minutes after turning the TV on (when the TV is connected to the internet), the TV screen flashes the Smart Hub screen for a split second, then returns to what I was watching before, This happens every single time I turn on the TV. Even replaced this first TV with an Identical es7100, problem persisted. Got a new router with a very strong signal, the problem still exists. I am at a loss, please help. Thanks.
