Question

Small Business Router

by roztech / February 21, 2012 7:24 AM PST

Looking for recommendations/suggestions from experience in regards to a small business router. I just came on board with a new client, and they have oa Linksys home router currently. I need to upgrade it. Thinking of sticking with Linksys/Cisco but, wanted some input. It needs to have DMZ and port forwarding. QofS is important because of video conferencing.Suggestions ?

but my D-link DIR-655 has all that you need and more. It's a killer router, I run my web site behind it. And it logs all incoming requests and you can block specific incoming IP address in case someone tries to attack. Linksys does not.

Hi roztech,

I can recommend the RV220W by Cisco, I've installed a couple of days now at client sites and found them to be really good.
