Nothing response today, Lenovo China again refused to send me any test report of the laptop, that is the international warranty service... I'm not trying to be difficult, I just want to know why they refused the service to me.
I was a fan of thinkpad, as its quality was great, and I trust it. I used a lot of Lenovo Thinkpad products, and everything was great. I think most of us should admit that the quality is good for thinkPad, I used to like it very much. But their customer service is bad, especially their international warrenty service. If you would like to use the laptop and travel a lot to other countries, it might be a problem to get any service is there is any wrong with your laptop.
I bought the ThinkPad W520 directly from Lenovo.com, and then I brought it to China. One month ago, there was a spot line shows up in the screen, I applied for their International warrenty service and it was approved. But.... they refused to fix my laptop, and the excuse is that the laptop I sent was not the laptop I bought. REDICULOUS, and then I contacted Lenovo USA and Lenovo China again and again, they told me to contact each of them, but they never contact each other to figure out the solution for me.
I understand that Lenovo USA and Lenovo China should have somebody to help me, but obviously, No.. they just skip my request, and I was acting like a fool to ask for help.
VERY FUNNY, and if there was somebody of LENOVO China replace my parts, I think their customer center should follow up, but they refused to listen to me, and very confident with their report from their Service Center.
That was my bad experience with Lenovo, I will update the progress during following week.
But for anybody travelling a lot, hopefully my experience helps you, don't expect a lot from Lenovo warrenty.
