Security Threat: Remote Acess to Mobile 2003 (4.21) Device

by multiplexusa / January 16, 2011 6:09 AM PST

When my Mobile 2003 Device has been off, I discover it later turned on by itself with WiFi, Contacts, Calendar, and Explorer running! These are all the exact items that a remote intruder would be interested in running! And I always close everything and manually end my WiFi connection before turning my device off EVERY time to avoid this possibility, yet I still find what appears to be remote-access at different locations! To further avoid such occurence, I had already configured my WiFi to "Infrastructure Mode," and "Hide my SSID," settings to no avail.

Could this be a known BUG? What would the best search terms to use be on finding out? Thanks.
