SEARCHING FOR A DIGITAL CAMERA

by Patch_the_doctor / November 25, 2007 7:40 AM PST

HI, I have been searching for a couple of months for a digital camera. I would like to find something thin, compact, and something that has a pretty big LCD screen. I'm looking for a point and shoot camera, hence thin. I have looked at some of the cameras at Target, but so far nothing has caught my eye. I'd like it to have color. So any suggestions??

better places to shop

Last year I bought 4 cameras for Xmas and snapshot recommended Newegg and Onecall I think( maybe someone else on this). Both gave the best prices on respective cameras they sold and great service, delivery, no problems, better than Target on Price I'm sure.

Canon Powershot G9

Do you want thin, or do you want the best photos possible? As most of the professional cameras reviews admit, the G9 is, simply, the best there is. 3" hi res LCD. I searched far and wide, and could not find a better made, more functional, prosumer camera on the market at the present time.
