Thanks for your that info. Based on your description, I'd recommend that you check to see if this is happening on multiple sources, such as cable TV and a Blu-ray player. If it's only happening on one source, then that would be a problem with just that one source. It may be the cable or the source itself.
However, if it's happening across all sources, then it looks like that your TV would need servicing. In that case, normally, I'd direct you over to our Facebook and Twitter channels that we have in the US since I support US products and customers. But from what I can tell, this model is for UK. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)
