scandisk Sansa e200 powering on problem

by iLLfLiP / August 18, 2006 12:39 AM PDT

Hi All,

i currently have a brand new Scandisk Sansa 2GB E200 mp3 player. It was working fine and turning on yestereday when i was transfering songs. But, this morning when i tried turning it on, for some reason the screen stays off, but the thumb wheel lights up blue.

The thumb wheel has been on and lit up blue since this morning (about 4 hours straight) and the screen has yet to turn on. I tried every button, and unfortunately i do not have my USB cable with me at work, therefore i cannot attempt to attach it to my computer. Anyone have any suggestions?

thanks in advance
