Question

samsung un60f6350a LED TV

by rocke_b / August 3, 2013 7:55 AM PDT

Hello,
I have a sony receiver, TWC Box, samsung blu ray all going through the receiver to my samsung un60f6350a tv. I'm using a logitech remote control. when turning on the components, a window pops up in the middle of the screen reading,"check the device is connected, then try turning on the device with the button below". it shows the "STB" button. the problem is that everything is on and working properly. I think that because there is a delay, the TV thinks the components are not on.
I've tried going through the menu selections with no luck.
I would like to turn off this suggestion window.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Samsung tends to put control on HDMI 2 so try that input next.

Turn on the STB first

Then the TV last. This gives the box a second to come to life.
