When you call such in I find they have you do a few things. But I'll try to remember the more common ones.
1. Router is within 20 feet of the product.
2. Get wired for the test.
3. Tell what channel the WiFi is on.

There is more but WiFi is notorious for this issue. No need to repeat why.
Hi My smart tv works great except for one thing. There are 2 exercise videos that come with the tv in smart hub section. There is also Netflix and Cinemax...both of these work great. But when I try to stream the exercise videos or you tube, it is horribly slow and renders continually. I have the tv hooked wireless through my router. My speed test at my computer is excellent 5mbs download, but when I do a speed test at the tv , it is less than 1mbs. Is this to be expected or is there some setting I can change at the tv.
