samsung ue55es6560 smart tv

can anyone help got samsung ue55es6560 smart tv connected to wire less bt hub says connected in settings to hub but when i try to use apps smart hub samsung apps or anything to do with the internet just says updating or connecting or installing tried for nearly aweek left tv on all day still no different can anyone help thanks

But a lot of what we know is over in a CNET Networking Forum.

HOWEVER with that recent storm there are a lot more posts about this issue. My bet is most of those posts are fallout from the storm.
