I'm a owner of a samsung UE46D6500,
since one week I started to have problem with ethernet connenection. TV is connected by LAN wire at my home network, but TV doesn't see more the LAN connection.
TV says "connect the cable".
but the TV had worked with the same cable and connection until 1 week ago. (the same cable, plug and network are correctly working with others devices)
Seems that the TV LAN CARD doesn't work more.. HAS anyone the same problem?
HOW to understand if the LAN CARD is Broken?
(there is a TV self test? )
PS: I've updated the TV FW but, nothing chanced.
