It's possible that you don't like the effect of the Auto Motion Plus feature, which you can toggle under the picture settings. It's difficult for me to say for sure since I support US products. And from what I can tell, this model is for Australia. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So if you want the most accurate information, here's the Samsung Australia portal for support on that product: http://www.samsung.com/au/support/model/UA55EH6000MXXY
Hope that helps!
I'm hoping someone can help me, I've just purchased a UA55EH6000M and no matter what settings i try it seems like things are still blurry/pixelated.
It wasn't noticeable at first but after a while I started noticing that there arent really any smooth lines, as an example if I'm watching the news then the faces of anyone in the background just lack detail and blend into a blur. It also appears like people are standing behind dirty glass some of the time.
Earlier I was watching an article that involved some people paddling kayaks and once they were beyond 20ft from the camera it just looks like muddy people paddling SOMETHING rather than having any detail. A scenic view of the beach looks like It's in 240p or something silly on Youtube (except it should be a HD news broadcast).
I've tried a few different peoples settings and nothing I do seems to make it any better.
Is my set faulty? Or have i just got something set up wrong? The lack of fine detail has me seriously considering taking it back (which is going to be a monumental effort with my work hours).
