I'm not very familiar with our phone lineup, but I did want to at least acknowledge your question. I'll see if I can find anything out on this issue.
Most carriers will provide support for the phone if you can replicate the issue in front of them. So in the meantime, one suggestion might be to visit your carrier (service provider) for phone service, and see if they know about the issue.

I bought my Sway this month and I have not experienced any problems with it until the past couple of weeks. The glitch is that when I slide up the phone, sometimes the screen goes blurry and the screen looks like plaid. This glitch occurs at least 5 times a day. I have not dropped my phone. I have not spilled anything on my phone. I have not abused my phone in any way but this glitch really annoys me. It seems to get worse. I have tried to restart the phone multiple times and the screen is still messed up. I go to camera and it still looks messed up. After an hour or so, it goes away but I would still like to know how to fix this. I saw this glitch/bug happen to a Samsung Sway at a Verizon Wireless store in the mall and I'm starting to think that this glitch is common in Samsung Sways.
