Question

Samsung Smarthub issue-

i have a samsung UN55D6900. When i go into the smart Hub, the channel i was watching is displayed in the upper left side called PIG (Picture in graphic) my issue is that, for example, when i go into netflix and choose a movie, the sound from the channel displayed in the PIG is still being heard and not the netflix movie.

this is happening in all the apps i choose.

Any ideas how to get the sound from the app i choose? (for exampel if i choose a movie for netflix, i want the sound from the movie)

Very, very helpful. So let me ask you this: do you have a home theater or sound bar? Or is this sound coming from the TV's speakers?

i have a home theater. All HDMI... The sound comes out of the receiver.

OK, I think this is a different issue than what it appears to be. So if you don't mind, please disconnect the home theater for a test here and then try to get the same thing to happen again. Let me know the results.
