Question

Samsung Smarthub

Hi
I was watching Lovefilm through my tv yesterday morning, but in the afternoon all my apps have gone and can't seem to get anything via the Internet. I saw a few posts yesterday and they said it was down for an hour but mine still isn't working.

Help anyone!

It appears Samsung is working on something. Call them and have them explain it.

When you say working on something, do you mean the smarthub isn't working and they are trying to fix it?

I wrote to call them and have them explain it. If you follow the forum you can see a spike in posts about this.

Does this happen very often?

I just got a Samsung Blu Ray Saturday and was able to use apps then, but since then I have lost my apps and cannot access them. Is this something that happens often with Smart Hub? I am regretting my decision to buy this thing.

But we hope the designers at Samsung can start thinking about robust designs and how to handle network failures. I know we had to in our apps.
