I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you clarify for me which app you're using to access this video? Are you using the browser app?
I bought this TV a couple of months ago and I did not have any problems while connected to the webtv player of TV stations. Lately, however, I connect but after a few minutes it freezes. It helped when I reinstaled the software and/or cleared the History and Bookmarks, but it soon developed the freezing problem again and clearing the history does not help anymore. Is there ant way to clear the cache? Is this a memory problem and, if so, how could I empty part of the memory? Any other suggestions. I will appreciate them. Thanks.
