by Pattamana / March 31, 2013 5:44 PM PDT

I have a Samsung smart TV UA 46D6600. I think samsung is trying to cover up some basic design fault. The screw for the back cover is longer and it is touching the pannel and the pannel has damaged. First it happened with in the warranty period and they came and fixed it. Again it is gone and no wrranty. I will be contacting them tomorrow and let me see what they say. I will have to take up further if they do not accepts this. At this point only sound no picture. Has anyone else has faced this probelm. I wanted to report it when it happend first, however as they fixed it I ignored it.
Any advice?
