Question

Samsung Smart TV network menu grayed out

Hi. I've recently made a factory reset on my UA40D6400 Samsung Smart TV. But I now see that the Network menu is grayed out so that I cannot select it and the TV has become very unresponsive to remote commands. It's become very slow. What would you advise?

Thanks for your message. But just so you know: if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for Australia. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) I bough it from Dubai

Thank you, HD Tech for your quick reply. You're the second one who thinks that my TV is for Australia. I actually bought it from Dubai. On the rear panel of the TV it says Made in Malaysia. The model code is UA40D6400UR. I tried to contact the UAE support but there was no one available.
