Hi MattRyder8840,

did you succeed in watching Netflix on your TV ?
We have the same problem with the same TV at home and I would like to solve it.

Thanks

I can't tell if you went to the web page for your (which model?) TV and checked what firmware they offer there versus what's in your set.

I don't read where you checked the TV firmware and the version at the samsung web site. It's an area that many folk can't execute. I can't do this for you as the model number is incomplete and I don't see what your TV's current firmware is.

But do check that.

Hi MattRyder8840,

Without knowing much else about your preoblem ie: modle #, firmware version ect., your problem is hard to diagnose. By the way I'm no tech, but I did have what sounds like a similar problem when trying to stream netflix. I could connect to the app and load the main site but every time I tried to stream movies I got an error message. It was odd because I hade been able to stream movies from the site previously. A relative visited and we watched movies on his account. When he left, I liked the site so much, I decided to open my own account. I doun loaded the activation code from my TV and entered it at the netflix site after registering. All was good except I lost the ability to stream movies. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. I contacted samsung.com/support and we found that my automatic internet configuration, although I was able to connect to the internet was blocking my ability to stream movies. We configured it manually and it worked like a charm. I hope this works for you too
