The soundbar should be connected to the subwoofer when the soundbar is powered on. If it's not, I would check to see if resetting the link would do the trick. If not, you might try to check with our customer service center (800-SAMSUNG) to see if there are additional troubleshooting options you can try.
Has anyone had issues with the wireless connection? I was so excited to get this hooked up, and was immediately dissapointed that the sub woofer keeps cutting in and out, it only "turns on" when there is a loud point in the program. When it is "off" it sounds terrible. Does anybody know how to remedy this? Should I reset the link? Shouldn't there be a constant connection?
