I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with getting a part for your TV.
The parts department can be reached by logging onto www.samsungparts.com or by calling them directly at 800.627.4368
They would be able to determine which lamp you'll need based on the model/serial/version number of the sticker you referenced.
It started yesterday when watching TV, the screen all of a sudden went green and then black with no picture. You can hear the sound but no picture at all. Called Samsung and they said the lamp is probably out so I'm trying to find the part number to buy a replacement lamp but can't find it at all.
Some referenced a sticker on the left side of the TV with the lamp part number but my tv doesn't have one. The only sticker it has is on the right hand side that contains the Model #, Serial # and Version.
I also saw videos of how to replace them on DLP but mine doesn't have a access panel that i've seen on youtube videos that gives you access to the back where the lamp is. Mine has a access panel but it looks to be to some circuit board. Any help is appreciated because if it's a simple fix I would rather replace the lamp my self than pay for a technician to come out and fix it.
