Question

Samsung D8000 and Netflix

by Scott_Kelly / November 9, 2012 7:58 PM PST

When I select the Netflix app it tells me that I need to update I software. However, when I go Menu, Support, Software and By Online after checking it says there is no upgrade available?!

Has anyone else had this problem and how did they resolve it?

Please help!!

Thanks.

Scott

Can you remove the Netflix app and get it again?

Maybe it's only by removal and getting the new one and not upgradeable?

Hi Scott_Kelly,

If you can look up the complete model code, I can see if I can find details on this issue. Otherwise, it may be as simple as a Smart Hub reset.
