It appears out of the box, the firmware could be out of date.
Just bought a Samsung BD-EM59 and installed the latest firmware. When running Netflix app all I see is my instant queue. Is there some way to get at the other menu options? If not, is there a Blu-Ray player with a Netflix app that works?
