Samsung 55" 3D Smart TV 3D problems

by syncmanatl / June 8, 2013 11:54 AM PDT

When I watch rented 3D movie from AT&T U-Verse, the movie is split in 2. I.E. the same picture shows at the top half and the bottom half of the screen. Watching the 3D clips supplied by Samsung on the TV, no problems. AT&T support claim wrong settings on TV is the problem. Any help?

Press the 3D button on your remote

Press the 3D button on your remote when the video is playing and then choose the top+bottom icon. That should tell your TV to enter 3D mode.

Did that already, but side by side and top bottom icons are greyed out!

Hi syncmanatl,

I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you please verify a few details for me? What's the complete model code for this TV? When you press the Info button on your TV's remote, when you're watching this movie what quality is is?
