Samsun LED TV won't turn off ...

Okay, I have a weird problem, and it seems to be getting worse: my Samsung LED 6300 55" TV just won't turn off... I'm having to unplug the bloody thing. Letting it set like this (has to be >hr), things go back to norm until the TV is heavily used again (basically the next night).

Any idea on the problem?

Any idea what may be the cause? Everything falls back into place after being off for a period of time: tried 5-15 mins, no go. But leaving it unplugged overnight seems to "soft-fix" it. That is until heavy use again (on for 1+hrs).

I was trying to avoid that since service down here isn't as easy to come by -- I live on the Virgin Islands, not every place has real, official, techs. Not to mention many large companies (like Samsung) generally don't have a presence here.
