3810 series doesn't have optical drive built-in, but it's larger 4810 does. On the other hand, it's 3935 series is a 13" with optical and uses a powerful Core 2 duo series CPU. Else, you can look into Toshiba's M800/M900 series, Sony TT, SR series, Asus UL series (UL30A) or Fujitsu's Lifebook S6520 series. The cheapest of these 13" (exception of Toshiba), is Acer's 3935.
