While the CPU is near it's max why not do the usual canned air cleaning and if that didn't help drop it a little, replace heat sink compounds?
My PC has been making a loud fan noise lately, so I checked the system monitor to check my temperature for the CPU and the GPU. The fan is spinning at 100% for both, the CPU is 58C-61C and the GPU is 48C-50C. I'm not sure if this a safe temperature, but someone told me it's safe. But I wanted to make sure. Also I want to over clock it and that will cause more heat so I was thinking of getting a closed tube water cooler. I need a cheap one like an Antec Kuhler H2O 620. Is this one fine or would I need another one? Thanks.
