Camera Internal Memory
by snapshot2 Forum moderator / July 20, 2009 12:05 PM PDT

I have never heard of anyone trying to do that.

I have my doubts that it would work.

If you use software from the camera maker to download the photo files from the camera internal memory, I don't think any of the currently available recovery software will work with that memory.

Data recovery from internal memory of camera.
by Papa Echo / December 26, 2009 7:11 AM PST

If the internal memory works like a storage card, i.e. if connected via USB, the computer reconizes it as a disk, then the usual data recovery programs should work. If it is not reconized as a disk, then it is unlikely that such applicaions will work, but try to contact customer support of the manufacturer of your camera.

If the internal memory works like a storage card, i.e. if connected internal memory via USB to your computer. If the computer recognizes it as a common disk, it means that the internal memory works like other common memory card. You can fix the problem with usual photo recovery program such as Wondershare Photo Recovery(http://www.data-recovery-utilities.com/photo-recovery/)
If it is not recognized as a common storage devices, then it is very difficult for you to fix the problem with usual photo recovery.
anyway even if there is 1% chance, we should make 100% effort.

Good luck to you
