Recording on samsung smart tv

Hello is the anyone who can help me , I have had a smart tv brand new, I was wondering if I can record onto a memory stick, and which buttons do i press to record, also what memory do I need to record approx 4 hours of tv, I'm sorry to trouble you but I am a complete novice with new tech.

Its true that Samsung is not providing recording on its TV sets whereas Sony US LEDs provide this facility.
