Is there an easy way to record what I am hearing on the Internet?

Audio Hijack, SoundFlower or Wiretap Studio are three apps that will do the job for you.

Of the three, only SoundFlower is free. You will find it Here

It would help us give you a better answer if you were to tell us what OS, and version, you were using and what computer you have. (See the red Note at the top of each post)

SoundFlower did the job

Thanks, Mr. MacFixit.

I omitted my system info because this forum is specifically for OS X. Of course, I might have posted to this forum in error, so next time I will post it all.

iMac 7,1
OS X 10.5.7

You are in the right forum, but there are a number of variations of OS X.
