How good is the Walmart Cell phone plan that they are selling for $45.00 which includes everything.

So let's get the exact model. It's just a 45 buck android phone so it's worth that much.

If you are talking about straight talk from Walmart, then you need to look at it very carefully, I've been using them about two years now and love it. with the byop ( bring your own phone) you can determent what carrier you are on. The choices are At t, t-mobile and sprint any phone can be used including I phones, andriods, or windows.
