Question

Problems with Samsung Galaxy S Duos

by Niks_t / January 4, 2013 1:11 PM PST

Two Problems
1. When I Reply to eMails, the cursor goes to the end of the message. How can I make the cursor go to start of the message?
2. My Phone Log Image has a number 3, indicating missed calls. Earlier it used to go off once I opened the log. But this seems to have got stuck. It is just not going, even after other missed calls.

Niks_t,
I have just got a Samsung Galaxy S Duos and am having the same problem with the phone log showing missed calls, even after deleting the phone logs. Do you know of a way to fix or clear this?

thanks

Hi pgo257,

I too was looking for the same, atlast some where found this solution,

1) click on "PHONE" icon
2) press option button
3) select "VIEW BY"
4) select " All SIM cards"
5) then select "MISSED CALLS"
6) Now delete the list again pressing the options button.
7) Repeat the step 3
Cool Select "ALL LOGOS" to view all the logs(conversation)

nJoy..

Answer
Item 2 is a bug I've seen.
by R. Proffitt Forum moderator / January 5, 2013 1:41 AM PST

It appears that android is not without bugs. Since the bug is cosmetic and not fatal it appears the fix is delayed. If you feel that such bugs are unacceptable, return the defective product.
