problem with harddrive

Sir, my hard drive has no access itself.. all data is safe in it.. but its not getting recognised.. hence cant boot/install windows itself..Please help.Waiting for your reply.

Given the slim details you may want to head to for data recovery and for the PC, send it off for repair or replacement.

I know many don't want to know about the PC, they just want it to work.
