Goto Start > Run, type in services.msc and click OK. In the Services Console Scroll down the right hand window pane until you see Print Spooler and double click the entry.

In the dialog window set the "Startup type:" to Automatic and click OK, (or Apply/OK, if Apply is there).

When you added this printer on the other computers did you use the "Printer location" option to browse for the printer on the network?
