PLZ help me

Ok im trying to download itunes and it just stays stuck at the status bar for a very long time like it dont wanna complete the download plz help...

- During downloading (the setup file to your hard disk) or installing (running the setup file to create the program in Program File)?
- From what site?

Workaround: download it with a friend, copy the installer to your USB-stick, and run from there on your own PC.
