Please wait while windows configures Office 2003

Hi I am running Windows XP I just installed Office 2003
everytime I try send an email I get this message "Please wait while windows configures Office 2003" anybody know a fix?

Fairly new but I do not see anything relating to this problem. The other website sells the soultion

I mentioned page down since many will hit the pay solution at the top and miss out on the answers below it.

If I can't explain this to you then maybe someone else will rewrite it for me.

Many miss these since they start to read and stop cold when they see something about paying for the answer. If they keep going (down the page) they can read the answers.

The issue is that there are more than one cause and cure to this issue. You should follow the links and see which you understand and which you feel might fix it.

If you don't want to do a little work then just say so. I can't do the work for you since this is all for free so I offer where I see a path to the usuals and hope you do the reading and work.

If you want tech support then free forums might not be all that great since you are also part of the solution.
