photo software

would like software that will resize photos and easliy attach to a web
based email such as yahoo. my microsoft digital 10 software will resize, however it will not attache to my yahoo email. i need to resize then place on desktop to attache to yahoo. i have windows xp.
thanks for any suggestions

Yep, that sounds normal.

But I would copy to the computer hard disk, then resize, then save.

That way I can attach any photo or image to my emails.
