Pandigital and downloading books HELP PLEASE

I got 2 of my kids the Pandigital E-readers for Christmas but I cant figure out how to upload books for them to read!! They are getting very impatient. Please help!! I am NOT tech savy at all!!

Basically you can download ebooks from the Barnes and Nobel website (and I'm sure the store probably) and then add them to your Pandigital e-readers through connecting them to your computer. They generally come with some type of software to help you with adding content to your e-reader

Sorry to tell you, but Pandigital tech service is worthless with a capital "W". I junked mine and got a Nook Tablet -- luvit!!-

I bought and downloaded books from Barnes & Noble on my Pandigital. Since I bought my books from B&N, they automatically downloaded to my Nook.
