Pan Image E reader w/camera from QVC has no sound

I have 3 of these ereader/media/tablets 7" 2GB w/camera

Have opened all 3 and 1 of 3 has no sound !!!

Can anyone help me with this or is the 1 just a LEMON ???

I have read on QVC forum that some people returned for this reason and more !

If, there is something that I can do to fixed the sound so I can give it has a "working gift " please let me know what !!

I do not want to return it if it is user error !!

Share a link to the product's manual. And look around the machine for a button or hole marked reset.

-> Is support non-existent for this thing?

Emails no answer yet

as for phone call either on hold for 2 hrs
and only there open from 9am to 6pm central time M-F
9am to 3pm central Sat

I am sure that they probably will not be in tomorrow Christmas EVE
