You are probably referring to this AVG Forums thread. Since that occurrence, I don't remember the issue to be reported again with AVG 2013.
A/ If you are already troubleshooting the issue in AVG Forums, please continue there and put here a link to your thread (for other readers who may be facing the same trouble).
B/ If the issue is not being investigated yet, please use this diagnostic utility to gather all AVG log files together with basic system information. Kindly provide valid e-mail address, the troubleshooting will continue via e-mails. In the message body, please either describe the issue in details or summarize it briefly and copy and paste a link to this discussion thread there (http://forums.cnet.com/7723-19703_102-577595/outlook-2010-blank-emails). Make sure to mention that the issue is resolved after disabling the E-mail protection.

I just downloaded AVG Free 2013. I'm running Windows 8 and Office 2010 Professional Plus on my laptop. Several of my incoming emails appear blank on the laptop - I can see them on my iPad. I see that this issue has been labeled "solved" on the AVG website - but it's not solved on my laptop! What should I do? I've temporarily disabled the email security feature, but of course that's the main reason I downloaded AVG to begin with. Thanks.
