one place where html/css/xml are explained and contrasted?

by vmars956 / November 8, 2009 12:42 PM PST

I have worked with html, and tinkered with css, but xml?
Is there one place where html/css/xml are explained and contrasted?
Also is there a freeware (very graphic) editor that handles all three?
