Two good ways to (possibly!) solve this:
1. Uninstall and reinstall (from the CD) instead of repair. The uninstall takes that update and they don't come back from the CD.
2. Undo the update that caused this. Just run the uninstall from the blue $NTUninstall folder in c:\windows that has the right number.
The lastest updates from Microsoft have caused a strange error message to pop up whenever I start Excell:
I have googled and can't find a fix for this. I ran the Office repair utility this morning and that didn't fix it.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks in advance for your replies.
