Resolved Question

No internet,Samsung Admire

by Tbird71 / April 30, 2013 3:46 AM PDT

My daughter has a Samsung Admire and the internet won't connect. She tried a restart, battery remove and reinstall, even a factory reset to no avail. Any suggestions? She can make and receive calls.

Sprint here seems to wig out about every 2 hours where I live and the internet drops out. If the phone has an issue like this you find yourself at the service counter showing them "it's broke."

This is where you learn about agreements between carriers and some of them drop data when you are not on their towers.

In the future can you supply that detail so we can save some back and forth?

Now call MetroPCS and ask if you can get data services there.
